Z68M-ITX/HT with Intel I3 2105 max GT frequency overclock.

I am curious as to what exactly the GT Frequency affects, since I would like to boost the graphics core, but I am concerned with overvolting or causing harm to the CPU. I am currently running at stock settings but, I have tested the GT Freq. from stock (1100) up to 1500 which gives me a nice boost in graphics scores from 6.3 to 6.5 in Windows Experience Index in both graphics categories with no increase in core temps at all. Is anyone running a higher GT Freq. with the 2105 CPU? What would be a safe overclock?

I had mine at 1.8GHz. I hear ppl going over 2GHz. Just stress test with graphic benchmarks to make sure you aren't overdoing it.

cinebench is good as is Heaven and most any game that has benchmark built in.
