Asrock Z68 Extreme7 Gen3 Ethernet Ports not working

The ethernet ports of my Z68 extreme7 don't seem to work.
Installing all drivers from the CD doesn't help. The ethernet controller doesn't even show up in the windows device manager.

Any suggestions?

Go into BIOS and make sure it's enabled. I would first load system defaults, then reboot, then go into bios and make sure it is enabled.

Make sure you are running the latest BIOS.
