    Hi i had some problems with my pc so friend suggestet to me to fash bios. I used flashing in windows envoirment and it stoped at half and for next 2h it didt move. Dont know what was the problem, so i am asking if there is a way to recover bad flash bios. I have google it but could only find older threeds for older mobos that says asrock bad flash bios cant be recovered. So asking if anyone know if there is a way for my mobo.
    I have asrock 870 extreme3 r2.0

    Have you tried removing the CMOS battery and moving the jumper (see your manual) to ascertain since the flash was bad/incomplete if maybe that will allow the previous flashed BIOS/UEFI to function?
    I not then most likely your only recourse will be to order a new BIOS chip from badflash and make sure that you have them program the chip to the BIOS version you want beforehand...
