  • Asrock Z68 Pro3 no VT-d in ESXi or XEN

    Hi,
I was trying, the last hours, to enable "VT-d". The Bios option is set to enabled. My CPU (i5 2400) should supporting this feature. But in VM ESXi or XEN appears the message: "Host does not support passthrough configuration!"
Maybe a Bios issue? or has anyone an idea what it could be?
    My System:
    Asrock Z68 Pro3 Bios 1.60
    i5 2400

    vm-help.com - View topic - No VMDirectpath after install with Z68 Pro3

    Thanks in advance!

I have similar Bios issue, but my motherboard is Asrock Z68 Pro3-M with BIOS version 1.60. "VT-d" in BIOS is "Enabled". Installed CPU is Core i5 2500 (without "K" index). ESXi 5.0 appears the message: "Host does not support passthrough configuration!"

Hi there, its exactly the same for me using Z68 Pro3 Gen3 and core i5 2500 (without K).

Please send fixing bios to email address ingomobil (AT) hotmail (DOT) com.

          Thanks a lot
