Hi all
I bought a motherboard Asrock P67 Extreme4 (B3) and four ram modules AX3U1600GC4G9-DG2 from ADATA some days ago.
When I put all 4 ram modules on the motherboard the computer doesn't start and dr.debug shows the error code 38.
I removed three of the ram modules and the computer starts well and is working fine. Then I put a second ram module on the
mb (dual channel, both ram modules in the blue slots or both in the white slots), the computer doesn't start and dr.debug shows
again the error code 38.
Then I tried out one ram module in a blue and one in a white slot, the computer works fine with 8GB ram in single channel.
On the Asrock webpage ASRock > Products > P67 Extreme4 > Memory Support List the ram I bought are suggested to
for dual channel.
I am not an expert in computer and I would be very happy for any help
Thx a lot.
PS: Sorry for my english
