All RAM not useable

My 8GB of RAM is acknowledged but Windows System Information reads this way:

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00
Total Physical Memory 3.19
Available Physical Memory 1.82
etc.

What can I do to be able to access the rest of the memory?

Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) Service Pack 1 (build 7601)
ASRock P45TS
4x2gb RAM (all matched/identical, installed in the yellow and orange slots)

Please kindly refer to below link for user manual page 54 to enable "Memory Remap Feature" under BIOS to try.
