Where is the eSata driver for Extreme3 Gen3 board?

Hi,

I've looked on the disc and download site on Asrock's site, I cannot find the driver than enables use of the external (rear panel) eSata port. Can someone please help?

My guess is that if you installed the proper drivers for the SATA ports to work in AHCI mode, hotplug already functions on the e-SATA port. But if hotplug is not vital to you, the IDE mode, without AHCI SATA drivershould work too on startup/reboot. The rear p[anel is enabled either by connecting a specific onboard SATA port to a location near the backpanel (this was so on my Alive Dual e-SATA2 MB) or it is activated automatically once you connect the external HDD via the e-SATA backpanel. e-SATA and SATA are hardly different as far as SATA-drivers are concerned! :-D on
