Yeah, lets hope. They had me send the RAM with the board so they could specifically test with it. So, I have my fingers crossed that they'll be able to reproduce the issue. Since I've been able to reproduce the problem with a bare-minimum of components, the only things really left are the power-supply and the CPU. I just hope it's not either of those...

I'll definitely update the thread when I have more info. Again, thanks for sticking with me on this.

Received new mobo from ASRock. So far, so good - system stable for 2 days. I think this one's behind me now (crosses fingers). Thanks for all the assistance.
