Using two 6770 video cards should work OK, but ....
Your power supply should be rated at 400 watts or higher.
Cooling both video cards will probably be a problem. Check out some of the Newegg reviews for your motherboard at Newegg.com - ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard and click on the Feedback tab. Several user reviews state that both 16x pci-e motherboard slots at very close and the upper video card will probably run much hotter than the lower card. Check out the picture of an extra 92mm cooling fan that helped with video card cooling in my system (post #81) in http://forums.tweaktown.com/video-ca...tml#post395596.
You might be better off selling both 6770 cards and buying a single 6850 or 6870 video card. With either of these cards, you should have a 500 watt or higher power supply with two pci-e power cables that would connect to the video card.
