ASRock CoreHT DVD-RW issue

Hi,

I've bought the new ASRock CoreHT mini PC (DVD-RW edition) and there is a serious issue with the DVD drive: the DVD starts to spin also when the tray is open.

I sent an e-mail to the ASRock Technical Support about this issue but I didn't receive any reply.

What can I do?

We did the test, but we cannot see the symptom.
The ODD can work normally.

Please kindly contact your local dealer to check your ODD.
