I've been raising my clocks about 200mhz at a time today and I've been able to do 5-round max ram IBT runs all the way up to 4.3ghz. Up until now, everything in the bios of my mobo is at auto or stock except the ram which I have set to 1333mhz for now.
Setting the CPU multiplier to 44x results in no post. I've tried lots of settings including the following, which is my most "aggressive" so far.
Turbo Short Duration Power Limit 250
Turbo Long Duration Power Limit 250
Core Current Limit 250
Vcore Fixed 1.35
Overvoltage enabled
Spread Spectrum disabled
My understanding is that I should at least get a post at these levels without much effort. What am I missing?
Still no post at 4.4ghz
Temps are fine at 65C load. At 4.3ghz I see 1.28V vcore max on all auto settings.
