  • Asrock Z68 Exreme 4 - Problem with Wireless Keyboard / Trackball

    Hi all,

Just built new HTPC with Asrock Z68 Exreme 4.

Everything working fine with standard keyboard / mouse.

Not so when I've installed my wireless keyboard / mouse.

On startup, I sync the keyboard and USB dongle.

But if I shutdown / restart or re-boot the machine I lose connection every time, resulting in me having to re-sync the USB dongle with the keyboard

On my old PC, there was always power to the USB ports to stop this happening.

Is there a hardware connection on the MB or a BIOS setting to rectify this?

    Many Thanks

    Dear Mustang,

Could you help me to check whether the detail model name of your mouse is Logitech M570?

If not, please kindly provide the model name and picture of mouse for me.

    Thanks for your help.

    Have a nice day

      Hi Emily,

The keyboard is an Accuratus Toughball (with built in trackball) by Ceratech
