Digital Out 88.2KHz & DDL/DTS on z68 pro3-m?

When I first install Win7 I get the option to output @ 88.2KHz but when I install the ASROCK sound drivers or the latest realtek drivers the 88.2KHz option is not avaliable, why & how do I get it back?

Also how do I get things like DTS Surround Sensation | UltraP to work?
