The nature of beta version is to make a temporary test version for getting feedbacks and release the full version with reported problems fixed. What we see here for bios versions is beta version likely forever! This is because the manufacturer already is paid for the hardware and there is no profit in further support. I strongly wish support was not completely free but was always ongoing!
