I've got an ASRock Z68 Pro3 running a 2600K with 16GB of G.Skill Ripjaws 2133. My boot device is 2 Crucial 64GB M4 SSDs in a RAID1 using ports 0 and 1. I have been experiencing some random bluescreens, and I decided to try upgrading the firmware from 1.2 to 1.6 to see if it would help.
Immediately after updating, I accidentally let the system boot up in IDE mode (since all CMOS values get reset to default when you upgrade). The system booted fine (Windows 7 x64) in IDE mode but once I switched it back to RAID mode would no longer boot. When I attempt to boot in RAID mode, Windows bluescreens as its trying to start up. After it restarts it tries to go into repair mode but fails with an Inaccessible Boot Device error.
