Vision 3D and Harmony One Remote Control

Hi folks,

I'm trying to use my Harmony One remote control with my Vision 3D HTPC. However the Vision 3D doesn't detect keystrokes being sent from the Remote control so I'm limited in what I can configure on the remote.

Do you know of any compatability issues between the Harmony One remote control and the Vision 3D HTPC?
