    Intel SpeedStep Technology is disabled in bios , how can i enable it ?

    - I NEED TO ENABLE EAST to save my pc power when i'm idle but still is disabled in bios and theres no option to enable it? so please anyone tell me how can i fix the problem!!! and yeah im using ASRock G41C-S with Q8400 CPU!
