What is Advanced Turbo 50?

Don't know which motherboards this applies to but I found it in the Z68 Exteme4 UEFI.

I can't find information on this setting anywhere. What does it do and how is it different than the Load Optimized settings?

I should add that i tried it on my 2600k and it clocked my cpu to 4.8ghz which can be done with the turbo overclock or manually anyway.
So i'm not sure if its any different than the optimized cpu overclock settings or not since i just glanced at its settings quick and disabled it to get back to my regular overclocking.
