P67 extreme4 CPU frequency reading incorrect

Below I have a screen shot of 5 different readings, what is wrong with my computer? I just set the multiplier to 44 and disabled speedstep, C1E, and turboost. Even if I didn't change anything, real temp still gives 0 frequency reading.
