890GX Extreme3 - Impossible Windows 7 64 bit installation on RAID5 configuration
Hi all!
I've built a PC configuration based on the 890GX Extreme3 M.B. with an AMD 3 core CPU, 12 Gb of RAM and a 5x1.5 TB RAID 5 disk configuration.
While trying to install Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate Edition, the process ends with the following error:
"Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation. To install Windows, restart the installation."
Obviously, this leads into an endless loop despite the RAID drivers I provide during installation by means of a USB pendrive.
Does anybody knows which is the possible cause of the installation problem I'm experiencing and a known solution?
