M3N78D AMD atlon II, usb issues

hey all

im having issues with my USB's port on the front of my comp, when i plug a device in, i get a message saying that the device would run faster if the port was a USB 2.0.

any data transfer takes awhile, i have all the lastest updates, for the motherboard, and bois

im running windows 7 32bit

has any1 here got a solution for me pls :D

Which one do you see for usb ports in your device manager:

*Open Host Controller Interface (OHCI)
*Universal Host Controller Interface (UHCI)
*Enhanced Host Controller Interface (EHCI)
*Extensible Host Controller Interface (xHCI)
