Question on Bios options

Hi!

I have a Z68 Pro 3 board and would like to know if someone can explain 2 settings to me:

1) Advanced Turbo 50
You can use this option to increase your system performance. This option
appears only when your CPU supports this function.

What does this mean in detail?

2) Load Optimized CPU OC Setting
You can use this option to load optimized CPU overclocking setting.

There one can choose speeds up to 4.8 GHz. But what does it do in the background? Is it as efficient as when setting all parameters manually or is it a more conservative approach?

I, too, would like to know what the Turbo 50 mode is.

The Load-Sensitive setting runs your CPU at stock clocks but when a demanding task is being used, the processor is OC'd up to the speed you selected.
