AsRock 890GX Pro3 Insanely Loud Beep/Whine on Boot

Just got this guy installed and whenever I hit the power button the world's loudest whine/beep starts sounding. At first I thought it might be the memory so I had a different type lying around, no go. I even booted without memory, reseated the processor, reset the BIOS, upgraded the BIOS, did everything I could think of. I've got a Phenom II 555 BE and no clue where to go. The system does post and shows the BIOS, there are no error codes, so it seems to be working. However, I have no clue where this deafening noise is coming from, as I don't have a single speaker hooked up to the thing.

EDIT: Please delete, problem solved. Idiot that I am didn't realize that the fan was unplugged from my 5 drive bay chassis which triggers an alarm, doh.
