I seem to have some problem with my case or board, sometimes when I touch the case something shorts and both monitors crash, the pc is still on so I dont know. Any ideas?

Check all your wires inside and outside of the case are fully plugged in and secure,did you use all the brass stand offs or spacers underneath the mb? Makesure your gpu is plugged in fullyGigabyte z77x UP4-TH F11c Modded Bios

unplug everything except motherboard connectors (inside the case) and turn it on.
touch it :) ,and if it happens again its or the mbo or the power supply.
maybe the house/flat grounding is poorly made /or old?
try with different power supply,if you can.Comment

yes.
leave only mbo connector ,and go from there.
less devices connected ,less potential problems.
and if it happens again(to be sure,try 2 times,no more!) its ether mbo or psu.
if its not those two,then maybe some add-on card is making problems(sound card,wifi ,etc..)
eliminate the problems step by step.
IMHO,the dvd drives and hdds arent the problem.
also check the lcd cable connector,does it touch the backplate of mbo?

it can be static elec. ,but to turn off your monitors?
try what i wrote earlier,there must be a reason why...
or you are the reason
,some people can "attract" st.el. more,and it bursts when you touch metal things,like door knobs,cases etc...
