ASRock E350M1 Brazos

Hi There,

I have just seen the new ASRock E350M1 Brazos
this board has included a pci express socket, in general this would be used for a graphic card.

My question is, could I use a tv card such as a freview (digital terrestrial) or satellite card in this socket instead of a graphic card?
This could be the basis for a good HTPC system.
