K10N78D Power problems

Wondering if someone could help me out here. My PC won't power on at all. Now here's the kicker, when i disconnect the PCI-e 6 pin connector from the video card and the 4 pin connector (20+4) from the ATX power connector, the fans power on and the hard drive spins. I'm stumped and would really like to get this running and any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's my specs.
