Start pc with keyboard stroke?

Can I cold start my pc with a keyboard stroke? I have Asrock M3A770DE motherboard.

Please kindly adjust "PS/2 Keyboard Power On" to [Enabled] under BIOS.
( BIOS/ Advanced/ ACPI Setting)
