Where's OC Tweaker?

I bought a M3A770DE because recommendations (e.g. Newegg, Tom's Hardware) said it could unlock cores. The bios version on the board I bought is P1.70, and the sections available are:
Main
Smart
Advanced
H/W Monitor
Boot
Security
Exit

I didn't see anything in those menus that seemed to offer the option to try unlocking a core.

Any help getting me on the right track would be greatly appreciated!

Well, I will give another day or two for an answer, then I'll get onto Newegg and Tom's Hardware to try to make sure other people don't make the same mistake as I did (thinking you can core unlock with this motherboard when apparently you can't).
