Uli Pci Fast Ethernet Controller driver missing HELP!!!

My motherboard is Asrock 939A8X-M

I am try set up windows 7 64bit is working fine just missing the one driver is ULi PCI Fast Ethernet Controller which i cant find everyway on internet i cant remmy where i been found it before coz i been reformat my pc refresh and cant get on internet now with one driver

Well, seems to be a bad mistake to set up a new OS without having proofed, if there are important drivers avalaible for this old board!
The latest Lan driver is from 2004 and ULi Company doesn't exist anymore.
Try, if the Windows XP 64bit driver works:
ASRock > Products > Motherboard > 939A8X-M > Download
If not, buy yourself a new PCI Ethernet card and do it that way.

See Download ULi Drivers. The Integrated220, a beta set for Vista, is the latest driver available.

nVidia took over ULi in 2005 and immediately stopped driver development.
