I have an Asrock p55 pro that was fine with an i5 661 in it. I went to try an i3 530 and when I go to power it up, it starts to spin the fans for about .5 seconds and then stops and keeps doing this over and over til I disconnect power. I have looked at the pins under the cpu with a microscope and all seems to be good. I have also changed better than 100 procs with the lga pins and never had an issue. Any ideas.
