Making two accounts in XP. Yes or No

I've got two acounts in XP. One "fast" and one "normal".
In the fastone I have a 98 desktop look with no wallpaper and little services running.
In the "normalone" I have a xp looking desktop with wallpaper and a lot more services
running (like messenger).
In 3d mark 2000 i got a much better score with the fast account than with the normal account
So the fast account I uses for games and the normal account I use for the internet and stuff like winamp.

But...It is not userfriendly to switch between the two accounts.
Question: Is there another sollution to make 2 systems out of one? Maybe with hardwareprofiles? :confused:

I prefer to simply set one user account wit only user rights and the other account with administrator rights. it comes in handy as certain bad things can't happen when you are logged in as a user
