filem.sys error

I had sp1 installed on my winxp and now it sometimes gives a blue screen that i have to reboot(filem.sys.......)when i boot my pc. when i restart it says that the pc recoverd from a serious error.

More info on the full error code would help and maybe found in the Event Viewer under Admin Tools in the control panel. ;)
