Already installed SP1 w\out changing cd key

I just installed SP1 and reboot (without changing my CD Key, stupid me). Now it wont let me get into Windows XP Pro at all. Crashing on all friggin options I took on F8, it keep rebooting my PC after this stoopid split second blue screen (safe mode just crashed all the time), so I cant tell what's wrong with it. Can anyone help me out ?

I think you just answered your own post.

It sucks but it seems a format is the only option you have left. If you have a second harddrive with an operation system on, then plug it in and put your harddrive with XP in as secondary so you can at least salvage your data.

Have you tried the 'Last Known Good Configuration'? I've heard that sometimes that will go back to before SP1
