Windows 7 x64 Overnight crashing????

Ok, so this is very weird. All day the machine is on and is fine, but when I wake up, it has restarted and waits for me at the login screen.

I don't have much knowledge in debugging and all that jazz, but it gives me the crash files:

1. 092210-37953-01.dmp
2. WER-4803578-0.sysdata.xml

I'll post the "WER-4803578-0.sysdata.xml" info in the next post. Thanks for any help!
