Vista icon position save

Does anybody know of an easy to use and simple way to save icon positions in vista like the one that was recommended in the tweak here for windows xp. You know the registry save that shows up in your recycle left click menu. I would like somethign as easy as that and not some dumb freeware thing that only is trying to get you to buy some other software.
