I posted this before but it was hard to explain without a snapshop, so I'm posting again with more detail on this problem I'm having. Its bugging me enough that I'm almost ready to reformat from a faily fresh reformat unless there is a better way.
I have 2 DVd\CD rom drives in this system (letters G&H) and for some reason when the drives are occupied with a cd or DVD they will not show up as being occupied in the my computer window. Both drives do the same thing if you put a disk in either of them. I recently reformatted and this happened after I changed the drive letters in Windows XP after installing Daemon tools. I've tried uninstalling D-tools and the drivers for the CD drives but it didn't help. I've also tried shutting down all the programs running in the background of Win XP but it didn't help either. Any advise?
