xp pro won't boot up.
The page that offers a selection of boot choices comes up, but, it won't go all the way through using any of the boot choices, even safe mode. It gets as far as the xp black window that has the bar the indicates it is loading and then it pops back to a reboot. I fixing this computer for someone else and I am wondering if they have a pirated version of xp pro and this is a result of trying to upgrade through the microsoft sight. What do you think?
