  • BSOD in XP ????

    g'day guys!

    recently I've gotten a few BSOD's over the last week or so and it's got me stuffed what could be causing it! I've added no new h/w or s/w in the last 3 months so I don't know what it is! the error message is as follows:

    *STOP* oxoooooo8E (oxcoooooo5, ox8054092D, oxF25A68EC, oxooooooo)

    if anyone has any idea what this means I'd be very appreciative!

    Most likely your RAM is faulty. You may want to run memtest.

      I ran Memtest 3.1 and it shows that one of my 512mb sticks of Geil PC3200 shows up with faults every bloody 10 secs.
