Cant install anything from windows update.

Hi all, I try to DL sp2 and before Wi will let me it says I need ti install BITS, its like an improvment to windows update. well, I cant even install that. it says, The following updates were not installed, Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 (KB842773).

what am I doing wrong?

Have you made any changes in services.msc?
