Thats what I think too. I'm redoing someones very OLD computer for them and ran into a game that requires direct show in addition to direct x. All I can find is direct x at Microsoft but unfortunatly direct x 8a must not come with direct show. I'll just have to skip that particular game becuase Direct x9 and Windows 95 probably woudn't work.Comment

Some Win9x setups will baulk at versions above DX6 because they don't have hardware support for them.
