WTD: Cheap Harddrive 20$ or so

hey guys, i'm looking for a cheap harddrive, i wanted to pay about 20$ for a 5gb or so, i just need one to use to run just windows on, if neone is selling, let me know thanks!!

Last time I was at the Sunday Computer Market, A$35~40 was getting between 1.6~3.2GB second-hand, depending on brand, speed etc.

5.1GB models were selling for between A$75~90, which is about US$35~40. I don't think you will get a 5GB drive for US$20 :(
