Looking at New Hard Drive

I'm looking for a new Hard Drive, I've been having problems with all of my programs being faulty... and I'm looking for about a 20-30 gig hard drive to buy online for the cheapest price. If anyone could offer suggestions on what to buy or where, I'd appreciate it. I need suggestions of what brand, what is the most reliable, and specifics that I should be looking for when buying.

i don't know about everyone else, but for my experience, seagate has always been fast, quiet, and reliable

i've had bad luck with ibm's as two have gone out on me (same model too)

Yeah I use to use Seagate till I got a WD 5400rpm drive that slaps my Barra IV's around (not to mention what the JB's do to it). ;)
