    i still think 2000rpm fans will sound like a jet engine,just my opinion,i would go for fans around 15-1600rpm,and with that chip 4.8ghz should be possible on air nevermind water,if you run those fans at 2000rpm its gonna be noisy,fans that max at 1600rpm will be quiet,i think you can get sharkoon silent eagle that run at 1600rpm? not sure but its up to you really

      .... and Andrew can run his 2000 rpm fans at lower speeds to minimize the noise and still have additional cooling available if he's gaming, especially if he's wearing headphones.
