In the market for a new case

I'm in the market for a new case and I'm having a hard time finding a mid tower that meets my criteria here's what I need:
at least 8" wide (I use a scythe mugen cpu cooler that's really tall)
at least 3+ 120mm fan ports (I need lots of air flow and low noise, no 80mm buzzer crap)
at least 3 5.25" slots

And some things i would like it to have:
clear side
bottom mounted psu
color blue or black

and as if that wasn't enough, I don't want to spend more than like $120 (yes I know I'm cheap). if you have any suggestions or links they would be greatly appreciated.

you have everything except for the italicized one... you can mod it though at a local metal shop..
