The system I am getting is going to have 256mb of DDR SRAM pc-2100.Now my questions are:

Can you have pc-2100 and say pc-2400 in the same system without having compatibility issues?
If you won't have issues should I buy the pc-3200?
    Can you overclock RAM?
If so will I need to buy things to cool them?
If so what products are the best to use to cool the RAM?

Note: If there will be issues I will just buy the 2100

Please do pardon my complete n00bieness.

    Thankyou,

None of the major players can really utilize the full benefits of PC3200 DDR so it's really a waste if it will cost you more. PC-2700 should be very sufficient and it will overclock also, so it gives you the best of both worlds.

But then again, having PC-3200 will give you bragging rights. :D

Get PC 3200 if you plan on running 200+FSB. But in that case you will probably find your board will fall to pieces because it cant handle 200.
