TV tuner card

A. I need a recomendation on a tuner card.

1. I would like to be able to tune in any typ of signal I can get over air.
2. I would like to be able to capture video. Set timers for capture ect.
3. I would like to record video from auxillary sorces.

B. What typ of interface should I be looking at for this typ of card?

I would go to NewEgg and look at the Hauppauge TV tuner cards for the PC. I've had a older version for years and have been very happy with the card.
