My final pre-decision

plan to get all of these in a local store one block away
No OC
CPU AMD X2 4400 or Opteron 175 ( which ever is cheaper)
Mobo MSI K8N Neo4-F
Memory : Kingston D-channel 1G +Kingston 2G
(I heard it sometimes can not recognize 4G) As I am not going to OC, I guess Ido not need high end Memory such as Corsair or OCZ)
Seagate SATA 250G
Video Card EVGA 6600GT
DVDRW, Pioneer or LG (which ever is cheaper)
Case Antec SONATA II

STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THE MSI K8N NEO4 SLI-F. I had one and it was a nightmare and comletely unstable even at stock speeds. Get a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum and you will never regret it. If you have to have SLI, get a DFI Ultra-D SLI as you will need to overclock your CPU to handle SLI. Just please, stay away from the SLI-F board, it is terrible, and I truely love MSI boards.
