What should I buy next.

Im attempting to do a few big upgrades (more like completly replacing it) for my old comp I already purchased a new Motherboard/Processor and replaced my old SD ram with some DDR. My setup is now...

Athlon XP 1700+ processor.

ASUS A7V400-MX (Chipset KM400) Motherboard

PC3200 DDR (200MHz) 2 sticks of 256MB.

Only got a 20gig Harddrive "Quantum Fireball" I think is the manufacturer.

Just wondering what kind of Graphics Card might go well with that board and if my 250W Compaq PS will be sufficient enough to run it, if not im open to suggestions for an upgrade of my PS.

No, that's a terrible card and a waste of money. Don't get anything less than a Radeon 9550/9600. Your system can make use of a card much more powerful than an FX5200.
