Economy p4 photo editing workstation

I am looking for suggestions for an economy p4 photo editing workstation. I am mainly looking for a mobo/cpu/ram combo that would give a fair amount of speed but not hit my wallet too hard.

any suggestions?

edit: I am only asking since I usually use AMD cpus and aren't familar with Intel cpus/chipsets.

Photo editing? Just stick with AMD. Unless you know that you use a specific program Intel does better with, AMD should be better. An Athlon 64 3500 will ouperform every non-EE P4 lower than 3.8Ghz in Photoshop. It's also cheaper than most P4s...

If it is the case that Intel will be better, just get a socket 478 system with a GB of PC3200 RAM (cheapest you can find from any good company) and maybe a 2.8C or something around there.
