Ok so your going from an Indilinx controller in your Vertex 1 to a sandforce in a vertex 3.Go for something around the 240 range and youll notice the performance increase.

I'm guessing you have the OCZ OCZSSD2-1VTX60G. Upgrading to something like the Vertex 3 will improve your system:
Vertex 1:
Read: ~200MB/sec
Write: ~160MB/sec
Vertex 2:
Read: ~285MB/sec
Write: ~275MB/sec
Vertex 3 MAX OPS:
Read: ~550MB/sec
Write: ~550MB/sec
A lot of new SSDs will give you this ~500+MB/sec performance spec.
